This type of metalware includes general purpose cold-rolled tubes from carbon and alloyed steel manufactured by its outside diameter, wall thickness and length as per
GOST 8733-78 
.
Gauge of pipes complies with GOST 8734-78 .
- off-gage from 1.5 to 11.5m; ;
- gage from 4.5 to 9m.
By the length criteria, the tubes shall be manufactured:
Depending on quality indicators, the following types of tubes are manufactured: Б, В, Д, Е .
Depending on application and technical requirements, cold-rolled tubes are manufactured from steel grades with chemical composition as per GOST 380-94 , GOST
1050 ,
GOST
4543 , GOST 19281 .
